For years, I measured myself by how much I could juggle and how perfectly I could perform. I thrived in systems that rewarded achievement — yet inside, I longed for stillness, space, and a more soulful way of living. That longing led me to honor the sacred feminine within me: the part that values reflection, intuition, and presence.
Mindful Mondays is one way I share that practice — creating a gentle space where we can pause together, listen deeply, and begin the week with intention.



Kris prepared each morning/evening circle with great intention and thoughtfulness, it was a deeply meaningful way to begin and end each day. Lots of opportunity for reflection and connection with others in the group. We became a little family out there in the woods! There was also plenty of opportunity to use the day as we felt we needed. It was relaxed, loving and embraced in a sense of trust. This was a beautiful experience that I will be thinking about for a long time...
